Quality Control

In its new plant in the Industrial zone phase 4 in Jeddah, Cement Product Industry Co. Ltd. installed the latest generation of paper sack production machinery. Cement Product Industry Co. Ltd. has now two production lines and can manufacture sacks of any type and for any industrial purpose. Cement Product Industry Co. Ltd. can supply sacks of up to four plies and with four color printing. The high production speed of this equipment gives high flexibility regarding the delivery periods.
 

Cement Product Industry Co. Ltd. is equipped with a day-to-day laboratory with the most modern testing equipment, thus allowing the testing of raw materials and finished sacks according to all applied international standards. Every lot of raw materials received at the plant is tested to assure its conformity with the requested specifications.The produced sacks are continuously tested at random according to the international standards and to full satisfaction of each & every individual customer. This continuous quality control has given our products a high reputation in all our markets.
 

 


Product Development

Cement Product Industry Co. Ltd. started production in 1972 with one production line having a capacity of 12 million sacks per year in one shift.The production increased through the next three decades and in the year 2000, reached 35 million sacks. After the decision of developing & expanding CPI, the new management took decisive steps regarding the production machinery and the marketing activities. Soon after (in the year 2001) the production volume was increased to 47 million sacks and in 2004 to 87 million sacks. In 2005 the production reached as high as 123 million sacks.The graph below shows the rapid development of Cement Product Industry Co. Ltd.
