Valve Pasted (Flush Cut) |
| |
Flat sacks from Flush Cut tubes. The use of a Flush Cut tube is the simplest way to produce a sack with folded and pasted ends. The ends are usually capped with a rectanglular piece of paper to give added strength, to improve sift-proofness and to give a flat surface which may be used for adding some extra identification data.

Valve Pasted (Stepped Ends) |
|
| |
Flat sacks from Stepped End tubes. These are very similar in appearance to sacks made from Flush Cut tubes. Their method of construction gives the ends greater strength and the application of end caps is not essential. If three or more colors are required to be printed onto the end of a Valved Sack, it is generally best achieved by using this type of sack.
